Newport Pressure Wash. By booking a service with us via

https://newportpressurewash.co.uk, by phone, or by email, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.

1. Service Requirements

To carry out any pressure washing service, the following conditions must be met:

Access to Water Supply: A working outdoor tap or other suitable water source must be available on-site at the time of the clean. Access to Power Supply: A mains electricity source must be available for use by our equipment. If either of these is not available upon our arrival and the job cannot be completed, the booking will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

2. Access and Property Preparation

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Ensure clear and safe access to the areas to be cleaned. Remove any obstacles, fragile items, or vehicles from the working area. Notify us of any known risks, such as loose render, old pointing, or damage-prone surfaces

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose known risks.

3. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.Failure to provide sufficient notice or non-attendance will result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to full loss of deposit. If we are unable to complete the job due to lack of access, water, or power, this will be treated as a cancellation without sufficient notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to interest and administrative fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective cleaning,

Newport Pressure Wash is not liable

for:

Damage to surfaces with pre-existing wear, structural weakness, or instability. Water ingress due to poor sealing, open gaps, or structural faults. Any damage resulting from failure to disclose hazards

7. Weather and Delays

We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule your appointment due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new date.
